Yogurt with Crushed cucumber salt and pepper
Ingredients
- Non-fat or fat-free yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber
- Salt. According to your taste.
- Black pepper. According to your taste.
- Saffron. According to your taste.
Directions
- Whisk the yogurt until it gets together.
- Peel the cucumber on the side.
- Grate the cucumber finely.
- Then put the cucumber in the yogurt bowl and whisk it.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Put saffron in it.
- Put it in the fridge.
- In 10 minutes it is ready to eat with chicken biryani.
