Spicy Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 5 to 6 medium frying potatoes
  2. salt
  3. Grounded Cayenne pepper
  4. Cumin seeded
  5. Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes off the skin.
  2. Slice the potatoes like you cut french fries.
  3. Wash them good with water.
  4. Drain them.
  5. After 5 minutes water will be drained.
  6. Put vegetable oil in frying pan.
  7. Raise the stove to medium heat.
  8. Slowly add the sliced potatoes to the oil.
  9. When they are almond color cooked drain with spatula when fried.
  10. In another pan, put the done fried potatoes in the 2nd pan.
  11. Drain the oil from potatoes well
  12. Spray with salt, cayenne pepper as you wish.
  13. Add grounded and seeded cumin to potatoes.
  14. Toss seeded cumin’s on heat.
  15. In 2 minutes it will be ready.
  16. Put the potatoes dish on the platter.

Note: Spicy Fried potatoes is a side dish for Chicken Biryani and yogurt with cucumbers dish
