Ingredients
- 5 to 6 medium frying potatoes
- salt
- Grounded Cayenne pepper
- Cumin seeded
- Vegetable oil
Directions
- Peel the potatoes off the skin.
- Slice the potatoes like you cut french fries.
- Wash them good with water.
- Drain them.
- After 5 minutes water will be drained.
- Put vegetable oil in frying pan.
- Raise the stove to medium heat.
- Slowly add the sliced potatoes to the oil.
- When they are almond color cooked drain with spatula when fried.
- In another pan, put the done fried potatoes in the 2nd pan.
- Drain the oil from potatoes well
- Spray with salt, cayenne pepper as you wish.
- Add grounded and seeded cumin to potatoes.
- Toss seeded cumin’s on heat.
- In 2 minutes it will be ready.
- Put the potatoes dish on the platter.
