The Bill could not withstand a gentle breeze let alone a democratic nation. Because it is as “Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story it would be “absolutely and totally contradictory and repugnant. A claim some in Congress have latched onto states. But I will in good faith give them 1 point on that.
I will now list the minimum of Constitutional jurisprudence controversies the SAVE America act I feel are associated with the intent and content of this act.
- The first amendment to freedom of Speech and expression. In a representative government. When one is denied a right to vote by providing documents that no other generation of Electoral law has established in our United States of America. Then we see the outcomes as being cruel and unusual punishment by the ruling party. The ruling party must ask themselves is our constitutional so distant to your eyes that you will about a quarter over a millennium in the land of milk duds and honeybuns, the promised land, USA.
In America we voice our approval or not of elected leaders by voting. Anything that will infringe on those rights is a clear violation of constitutional rights, emblazoned by the Hand of Providence.
Further, in the 9th amendment we see that rights presented do not imply that other rights do not exist. The presidency of the 9th Amendment makes clear that our rights extend beyond legislative borderlines questionably at best by party rule.
Now we come to best part, the 14th amendment. Which lays out Citizenship, Due Process, equal protection under the law.
In the following amendments anecdotal evidence will be brief because I am a slacker.
Now, the 15th and 19th amendment are crucial to the keen observers. I would prefer to live these self-explanatory.
This is the crux of my argument. We are a nation of immigrants. Do not forget millions of roots across the twin oceans that we all crossed or somebody in our ancestors made to endure this journey for freedom.
Remember that we were all naturalized at one point or another.

The 24th Amendment is critical point of all these adjacent points. Namely the eliminates the Poll tax. This was a tax in the same vein of the SAVE America Act. Which I have renamed the Tyrannical maniacal act of 2026. Any documents that need to precured to vote and attest seem to be nothing more than a tax on the American People. Regardless of Republican, Democrat or independents. It has the net effect to suppress the vote unevenly to some groups yet named in favor of another.
The rancor of this is nothing to deny. This is a political power grab. And it will be the end of reprehensive government if implemented. My mom told me this is a “land of immigrants.” Truer American Values I have not found.
In closing, Vote this act into extinction Congressional representatives, Senators, political scholars and legal theorists and clinicians.
